WHAT IS THE DURATION OF RENTAL PERIOD?

Our Rental Duration is from 7.30 A.M to 9.30 P.M.

*Scenario 1:

If you book the bike from 7.30 A.M to 9.30 P.M or any time between, you will be charged for a day.

*Scenario 2:

If you book the bike from 7.30 A.M till next day any time up to 9.30 P.M, you will be charged for two days and you can keep the bike overnight.

* Scenario 3

If you require bike from evening or night till, please call us for special rates.

IS THE BIKE AVAILABLE FOR HOURLY RENTAL?

Yes, but they are provided on the spot basis. You cannot book a bike or scooter on hourly rental in advance. Hourly rental is not available on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.

FROM WHERE DO I PICK UP THE BIKE?

You can pick up the bike on the day of your reservation from our location. You can Check the location in contact-us page.

 

WHAT ARE THE DOCUMENTS THAT I NEED TO SUBMIT TO TAKE THE BIKE?

The following would be the documents that need to be produced for renting the bike

Valid Driving License to ride a motor-cycle in India.
Any one of the following should be submitted in original:

  • Election ID Card
  • Passport
  • Pan Card
  • Company ID Card (Contact us to know whether your company qualifies)
  • Student ID of qualified colleges.

 

This ID Card will be returned only at the end of rental period.

 

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?

There will be no refund if you happen to cancel your booking. If we cancel the booking due to break down, non-availability of the bike or any other reason, we provide 100% refund of the rentals received.

IS THERE ANY LIMIT ON THE AGE OF THE RIDER?

Yes, the rider has to be at least  18 years of age with a valid driving license to ride Motorcycles.

 

IS FUEL INCLUDED IN THE TARIFF?

No, fuel is not included in the rental. The bike would be given with half to one liter of fuel and it can to be returned with the same amount.

 

CAN THESE BIKES BREAK DOWN?

Yes,Though these bikes are regularly serviced and maintained they can break down. We will assist you in case there is any.

 

IS THERE ANY LIMIT ON THE NUMBER OF KILOMETERS THAT I CAN RIDE FOR A DAY?

No, there is no limit on kilometers ridden during the rental period.

 IS THERE ANY SPEED LIMIT?

We don’t have any kind of speed limit but please follow speed limits set by the government.

What is Toll/RTO taxes?

In most of the government/private maintained state/national highways, they do not charge toll fee for motorcycles. However, if there are any exceptions to this, the rider  has to pay the toll charge involved.

We have the required Permit issued from the Karnataka government, permits are required to enter other States in India.

If any taxes are to be paid before entering a state, the rider himself has to bear the involved cost.

 

 

What is your Policy on Accident or any such event

In case of an accident or collision, The rider will bear the full cost of replacement of parts and repair work if the damage is estimated to be equal to or less than INR 50,000. We will go in for Insurance only if the estimated cost is more than INR 50,000 in that case the rider should pay whatever remaining amount due to the workshop.

In the event of a collision, either due to the fault of the rider himself or due to any other unavoidable instance, the costs involved in towing or confiscation of our bikes are to be borne by the renter alone.

Inactive hours during the breakdown period shall be charged to the rider same as normal tariff charges for that particular vehicle.

 

IS THERE ANY DEPOSIT THAT I HAVE TO PAY?

There is no requirement for cash deposit.

DO YOU HAVE LATE RETURN PENALTIES?

Penalty for delay in returning the bike: All bikes are due back at the day agreed as per the booking form but the time can be till 9.30 P.M of the same day. If the hirer returns the bike beyond this time he shall be charged INR 200/hour+The bike rental charges per hour as penalty. If you think that you will be late, please extend your reservation by calling us to avoid the penalty. We will not be able to extend if there’s another confirmed reservation for the period

 

 

WHAT IS THE PROCESS TO CANCEL MY BOOKING?

You will have to send a mail to eezeerentals@gmail.com referring to your order ID. The refund would be as per the cancellation policy

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET THE REFUND IF ANY?

The refund will take up to 7 working days after getting an approval for refund and receiving your bank details
